How to make No-Bake Vegan Nutella Cookies:
1. Prepare the Dough
Start by finely chopping the cookies in a mixer and transfer them to a bowl. Add the cocoa and sugar, mixing well. Then add the vegan hazelnut spread and vegetable milk a little at a time, mixing until the dough is soft but firm. It should not be runny.
Tip? Add a dash of whiskey to the dough if there are no children who will eat vegan Nutella Cookies!
2. Rest and form the vegan Nutella Cookies
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about an hour-this will make the dough firmer and easier to work with. Take a portion of the dough and form flattened balls; store them in the refrigerator again.
3. Garnish the Nutella Cookies:
Meanwhile, fill a piping bag with the spreadable cream and, using a wooden spoon, make a hole in the center of each cookie. Garnish with a clump of cream and decorate with hazelnut crumbs.
