Bay Leaf and Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 organic lemon
  • Honey, sweetener, sugar, or stevia to taste

Mint and Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 organic lemon
  • Honey, sweetener, sugar, or stevia to taste

Lemon and Fennel Seed Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 organic lemon
  • Honey, sweetener, sugar, or stevia to taste

How to make Natural Digestive Tea:

Bay Leaf and Lemon Tea:

  1. Wash the lemon well so as to remove the impurities from the peel and with a peeler take all the peel, being careful not to cut the white part as well, which would be very bitter, squeeze the juice of the lemon as well.
  2. Wash the bay leaves well, put them in a saucepan (or kettle), add the water, the lemon peel, put on the heat and from boiling cook for 3 minutes, at this point turn off the flame, add the lemon juice and a little honey (or sweetener, or sugar, or stevia) if you prefer it less bitter, stir well and let it steep for another 5 minutes, strain it and drink it still hot.

Mint and Lemon Tea:

  1. Wash the lemon well so as to remove impurities from the peel and with a peeler take all the peel, being careful not to cut off the white part as well, which would be very bitter, squeeze the juice from the lemon as well.
  2. Also wash the sprigs of mint well, put them in a saucepan (or kettle), add the lemon peel and water, put on the heat and from boiling cook for 3 minutes, at this point turn off the flame, add the lemon juice and a little honey (or sweetener, or sugar, or stevia) if you prefer it less bitter, stir well and let it steep for another 5 minutes, strain it and drink it still hot.

Lemon and Fennel Seed Tea:

Put the water in a saucepan (or kettle), add a tablespoon of fennel seeds, the lemon peel, put everything on the heat and from boiling cook for 3 minutes, at this point turn off the flame, add the lemon juice and a little honey (or sweetener, or sugar, or stevia) if you prefer it less bitter, stir well and let it steep for another 5 minutes, strain it and drink it still hot.
