Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 7 oz (200g) potatoes
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 black olives
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

How to make Mediterranean Chicken Legs in the Air Fryer:

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Add the chicken legs, season with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place the chicken legs and potatoes in an air fryer-safe pan.
  3. Cook in the preheated air fryer for twenty minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Add the olives and sliced onion, and season with oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
