Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 75 g (⅓ cup) sugar
- 100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon) milk
- 50 ml (3½ tablespoons) vegetable oil (e.g., sunflower oil or a neutral oil)
- 200 g (1⅔ cups) flour (all-purpose)
- 8 g (1¾ teaspoons) baking powder
- 2 apples (organic, peeled and diced)
- Cinnamon powder
- Powdered sugar (for decorating)
How to make Air fryer apple Cake:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth and frothy.
- Stir in the milk and vegetable oil.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Peel one apple, remove the core, dice it, and add to the mixture.
